Thanks a lot Nechaus! I will see where to start. Normally it's better "never touch a working machine", but I want better results. Actually I have environement temperature Problems: My workbench is located in an unheated room and we have actually 7-10 Celsius here in Switzerland. My last prints as it was warmer went all well but now I got unstable layers that won't stick. Anyway: I will place a hby elgatosuizo - General
Uh? Great prints nechaus! Despite my Printer is printing acceptable results, but never so good as yours a may consider to mod my 3DSM classic prusa printer as well. I have all stock: What do you recommend me to do as first step? Can I change only the thermistor and/or the nozzle? I just don't want to Change parts that may be ok, so I guess the (unstable) thermistor and the nozzle assebly are theby elgatosuizo - General
I guess sometimes one should consider that in forums mostly something is posted if it went wrong The 3dstuffmaker printers are maybe not so really out-of-th-box ones. But I got mine printing quiet fast and it's working with stock settings since last january w/o bigger issues. Just a thermistor resistor broke. Printed at least 6Kg of PLA since then. Beside the extruder problem that sounds not good at all, I don't uderstand what do you expected? The use of the Gen6 on this model is clearly stated everywhere when you buy this Printer. It's not hidden at all. So what's the sense to complain this? You got what you paid for. Do you contacted Rob directly? @bergaliv: Try to skype, an direct e-Mail or e-Mail to rob@i-optic.com. I can't figure that there is no reaction. I think they ticketing system is not the best option to get a reaction. Maybe they are not aware about that. Remember that all this RepRap sellers aren't big companies and the customer service process can get stuckedby elgatosuizo - General
Hi, I want to write my review about this printer too. I bought the prusa mendel diy kit just before Christmas. After some research I found out this the best offer for the price. My negative/positive balance of the review research was good too. As sent with india post (I can’t accept other shipping than EMS) it arrived with an impressive wax seal on it (imperial/colonial remains I think). All wby elgatosuizo - General
