Hhmm, look like it's time for me to buy another Pi to test this out, thanks.by PartTimeRonin - Firmware - experimental, borrowed, and future
You can connect SSR to spare GPIO pin on-board, you need to check the schematic which pin is it and set it in config file. If you not hurry you might want to wait for Smoothieboard v2-mini, really nice hardware and hopefully a good price.by PartTimeRonin - Controllers

Quotewookie_666 Hey all. I have recently bought the MKS Sbase v1.3 for my core xy. I will be running dual extruders, and a 240v heated bed with a SSR running off the MKS. My question is this, Is there any other 12v out other than the two extruders, heated bed, and fan output. Or can I run the SSR off another Pin that can be used as the switch for the bed, and then use the heated bed output asby PartTimeRonin - Controllers
Quotedintid Would it be safe to put some small heatsink on the back of the drivers? Kind of like the small ones on pololu drivers, or would it short out something? Edited to get the image in place I think you can, just use some thermal conductive pads so it wont short.by PartTimeRonin - Controllers
Look good to me. This video show the AC SSR But why don't you just use external MOSFET board for DC heatedbed?by PartTimeRonin - Controllers
try to contact user "flyway97", they might be able to help you. A couple of closeup pic on the board and external MOSFET might help.by PartTimeRonin - Controllers
QuoteQuvit I have had the mks sbase 1.0 for a bit of time now. I am running into a issue where the printer will just suddenly stopped printing. I have tried a bunch of stuff to get it to stop doing this and noting seams to help. It does not have the heatsink on it and I hand a fan that blows on the bottom of the board. Has any one had this problem Any other information you can provided? Is it haby PartTimeRonin - Controllers
Board Revision isn't the problem here, all board use the same firmware(even official Smoothieware work fine) fan control you need to enable it in config first. Not sure why it won't flash the new firmware though. Quotet991731 Hello everybody, this is my first post in this forum! I also received my SBASE V1.2 together with TFT28 V1.2 but I'm having problems with it. I cant seem to update the fby PartTimeRonin - Controllers
Just got mine today, it's V1.2 on the label. The only thing I can find differ from V1.1 picture is that V1.2 don't have LG1(whatever it is). V1.2 board LG1 on V1.1by PartTimeRonin - Controllers
