@ntwrkguru Here are some settings to check in Slic3r. Measure your filament a few places and average. Set Filament Settings tab Diameter to this number. Print Settings Tab (Layer Height, First Layer Height) For a .5 nozzle try both at .4 For a .4 nozzle try both at .3 Printer Settings tab Extruder 1 Nozzle diameter. Set properly. Dro, I built a Wilson TS using the Misumi $150 deal. Here is my build on If you use cap head screws you will need 1 Phillips head for the X idler. The cap head hit the Z M5 threaded rod. Also make sure you get full thread M3 25mm for the extruder hinge. Other than that the the build went smooth and it is printing great.by aBrainDump - Extruded Aluminum Frames
Check out the Wilson TS it is Prusa based. I have a MakerFarm 8" prusa i3 up and printing. I am currently building two Wilson's. I like that you can make any bed size you want. I am doing 210x210 and a 300x210. I can reprap parts if you are interested.by aBrainDump - RepRap User Group - Delaware
Hi All, I am in Downingtown. I have a MakerFarm Prusa i3 up, printing and tuned. I posted a simple upgrade "one hand bed leveling captive nuts" that should work with any printer that is using the MK1 heatbed. I am working on my next 2 printers.
