Been getting amazing smaller prints and tried something bigger but was having issues so I adjusted endstops. Passes the paper test at all towers and center. When I move the nozzle from Y tower to Z tower, it drags the paper the whole time and same as Z to X. When I move from x to y, it does not touch the paper except for the start and stop points. This isn't delta radius is it? I'll also note I hby MarkM92 - Delta Machines

When printing a 20mm cube it turns out to be roughly 21mm x 21mm x 20mm. My rods were made on a jig so they are all 240mm. I tried changing the steps by measuring the cube and doing (expected dimension/measured) x old steps = new steps. Been trying to adjust the scale of my prints in the X and Y axis. My default steps are: #define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT {80, 80, 80, 100} with my Z-axis feed rate set at 2000 in Repetier. It prints to scale on the Z axis, but when I adjust the X and Y steps above it seems to throw all three axis off enough to where it won't print. I've seen others with a much higher Z step but when I adjby MarkM92 - Delta Machines
I'm trying the Z-Leveling video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L9URtv2LqKc) but my printer will not accept the M99 commands. Any suggestions?by MarkM92 - Delta Machines
Quick question. I just adjusted the vref (like I should have done initially) to .35 for the XYZ and .55 for the extruder motor. It is much quieter now! When I try the paper test I'm getting pretty significant jumps in movement when adjusting the Z direction. It won't move between .1 and .03, just a big jump between the two. Any suggestions?by MarkM92 - Delta Machines
I've got all my mechanical and wiring issues sorted out and now I'm on to calibration. I can't get it to print level even after the bed leveling. I still have EEPROM off and I'm wondering if that's the issue? I've also had a few times where it stops its correct motion and starts jittering around all over. Any ideas?by MarkM92 - Delta Machines
I took everything out and have just the arduino by itself plugged in. The LEDs come on and my computer finds it but when I try and upload the firmware it gets stuck on uploading and times out, even after hitting the reset button. So I'm guessing the arduino is bad?by MarkM92 - Delta Machines
I have the blue and brown going to the power supply and the red and black going to the board with the resistors hooked up. But in that image i referenced I do not have the thin red and black wires anywhere. Anyways I have a much bigger problem now.. I had the printer plugged into my laptop and all of a sudden my laptop shut off and the LCD screen on the printer got bright. Now when i plug the priby MarkM92 - Delta Machines
My previous problem was solved, a broken thermistor wire, but now I'm having trouble with the probe. The LED light won't come on. I looked through the photos on the google drive and noticed I'm missing the thin red and black wires going into the power supply on photo DSC00175. Can anyone tell me what these wires are for? They aren't on the wiring diagram and I'm hoping it will solve my probe probby MarkM92 - Delta Machines
Quotepaul_delta Check your wiring to make sure that you connected thermistor to the right pin. You may try to swap the bed and extruder thermistor connectors to check if extruder thermistor pin can read the bed temp. Test your thermistor with multimeter. The resistance will change if you will warm it in your hand - from around 100k Ohm to 60k Ohm (25C to 36C). QuoteMarkM92 Well I have finished mby MarkM92 - Delta Machines
Well I have finished my build and moved on to calibration. I downloaded Repetier to try and get things going. Right off the bat my LCD screen is saying MINTEMP and when I try to do anything in Repetier it says the printer stopped due to errors. The extruder temp is reading as zero as well, so does this mean the sensor is broken? The bed temp is reading. Any help would be appreciated!by MarkM92 - Delta Machines
