Thanks for your reaction! And indeed i didn"t explain it well enough, The distance becomes more the further away the nozzle is from the X axis. at -40Y it was about .5mm. My effector is indeed a bit tilt. So apparantly my diagonal rods aren't equal. Ill try to fix it tomorrow and hopefully it helps.by Morph1 - Delta Machines
Hi all, I was just finetuning my Chinese delta printer. Firstly I only made a few small prints without any problems, but with bigger prints there seems to be a small problem. When the nozzle is going to the -Y axis (or below the X axis the nozzle distance to the bed suddenly increases by about .5mm. I've already played around with delta radius correction (making a bowl/dome shape) and read abouby Morph1 - Delta Machines
Thanks for your reactions, With a little searching i found a topic on this forum which said that some RAMPS boards have te problem that the 12V power input on the ramps board is somehow directly connected to the RX pin of the arduino. So that's why I couldn't program my arduino with the RAMPS board connected. Before i fixed that problem I already fried my new arduino and even the USB Ports on myby Morph1 - RAMPS Electronics
Hi all, I'm trying to build a Delta Printer i bought from China (the HE3D delta printer). I actually managed to get it to work with my first set of Arduino Mega 2560 and a RAMPS 1.4. In the beginning I made a mistake by connecting one of the end-switches to the + and - while it is a normally closed switch. So ofcourse it shortned out. On the RAMPS 1.4 board there is no visible damage but on theby Morph1 - RAMPS Electronics
I'm sorry for bothering you guys, Looks like i didn't check the rod's good enough. after swaping the Y rods with the X rods the deformation leaned away from the X axis. guess it's time to look for some new rods :/by Morph1 - Delta Machines
Hi everyone, Since I am new here and new in 3D printing I would like to give a small introduction. I am 20 years old, living in the Netherlands and studying Electrical Engineering. Since i designed a few funny or usefull electrical circuits I thought it would be nice to put them in a decent case or coverage. So that's the moment I decided to enter the world of 3D printing. But as a student I donby Morph1 - Delta Machines
