Quotebluesmike Quotebluesmike Ok I have a weird issue that Im having a hard time figuring out. Small print jobs print fine but large print jobs the head lifts on one side of the job and stays about an inch above the bed. So lets say that the object is 180x50x20. The print job will start at y90,x-90 and start to move to y-90,x90 after the head passes y0,x0 it steadily lifts until it is about an inby llamatrails - Delta Machines
QuoteDonSz I purchased the Folger Tech Kossel and I am beginning the assembly of the carbon rod ends. The rod ends seem to be quite stiff. Do they loosen up in use or do they need to be lubricated somehow? Thanks. I worked mine back and forth a lot to loosen them up. If you do lube them, just a partial drop on each and then work them. Quotematthew900 Genius! I’m stopping my build now to order these. ! Please excuse the dumb question, but did you *clean* the rails that came with the kit? They come gunked up to prevent corrosion and it needs to be cleaned with a very light oil. Some use gun cleaning oil, don't use WD40. Rickby llamatrails - Delta Machines
Check the polarity. I had mine shutdown when I wired it backwards. Luckily, no damage to the RAMPS or the driver boards. Rickby llamatrails - Reprappers
Quotethevisad QuoteDeguello QuotethevisadAluminum has a .2 inductive profile... I wonder if a 16 gauge stainless steel disc would work under glass? This shows .4 for the aluminum and it is definitely not that. I have to be 2 MM away to detect it, I tried copper and it matches the aluminum profile. According to this chrome/nickle would be the best. I can test some stainless that I have to see ifby llamatrails - Delta Machines
