Hi Sound as if you are using the Melzi Electronics. Check you are using the correct pin on the expansion header for the heat signal. Failing this the Melzi card has a MOSFET output that switches to directly provide 19V to the bed power input and you can use this instead. Make sure the thermistor polarity is correct from the bed. Also make sure you used plenty of heat transfer compound betweenby danny5232 - Huxley
I have completed a RepRapPro Huxley - and I can talk to it quite happily using Pronterface (Win 7). My problem is that when I try and select slice settings from the drop down I don't see any popup to select the correct profile to use. Subsequently when I try and process a STL file the process concludes with the message "0mm Filament Used". The machine is happy to go through the motions of printby danny5232 - Huxley
