Hi, Thanks for your interest and time.
I am using a recently constructed Prusa Explorer and these are the prints i am receiving.
Here are the Settings,
extrude 5mm/min
reverse 30mm/min
x and y 3000mm/min z 200mm/min
temperature 210C
no heated print bed
Using PLA plastic.
All the "prints" are not really solid but are stringy andon close inspection rows of plastic do not seem to join.

Hi, I have built a CNC Mill and also building other pieces of machinery.Small table saw for home use.
For 8mm precision ground rod and bronze sintered bearings go to any photocopier repairer, they throw out the sections of print which customers have already paided for. I am building a second 3dprinter and have used this ewaste!
I never pay full price for Aluminium section.

Thank you for your advice.
I have the extruder working after doing a mod to the extruder device. Slicer 3 is the default software which came with the kit.
I found that it was not feeding correctly and I had not inserted the filament far enough into the extruding head.
I have done my first print and found that I did not have my printbed level in both planes as one half section of the test prin

Hi and thanks for looking.
I have just put together the 3d printer, fired up and can operate all axises, had the extruder ozing PLA from the extruder ( in a straight flow-as suggested by the documentation).
Loaded a simple CAD project into the laptop.
Now the nozzle is clogged and I had to clear it using a stainless steel wire 0.3mm diameter.
Cleared the extruder and reloaded the cad project but
