Overheating extruder stepper motor driver perhaps?
I turn tripmot to min position and re-setted it for reach the correct force of the stepper motor..
I changed the thermal paste with a new one..look better!!

I tried with retraction..E3D docs talking about 2mm max and I'm working with retraction disabled.
When I have changed thermal paste on my hotend heat-break I've used a old one I think exipred...it's possible this paste is causing that?
Thank you

I'm printing with PLA, 210 ° x 1.75 filament.
Print start without problems, but after one hour of printing extruder stop extrude and thE hobbed bolt "knocked" the filament.
I set slic3r several times with new settings, like temperatures, step per unit ecc ecc..
When I stop the printer and manually extrude I have to "help" the filament pushing it down because it's like blocked into extruder..

Hi everyone,
Is going wrong with PVA in dual extrusion
After one minute printing first layer, PVA filament slips out from the extruder
I noticed (before filament slip out) the hobbed gear partially strip the filament
1.75 PVA - 200/205° (in slic3r settings I used 1.77mm, multiplier extruder at 0.8)
Please help me!!

I had a similar problem with holes. My cubes turned out correct but holes were oblong. I played with e-steps and that screwed up my cubes so that wasn't it. Turned out my Y axis belt was a little loose. Tightened it up and my holes were round again.
I'm a little dazed. I've understand that the problem is mechanical.. but this problem hasn't occurred once.

Are the axes orthogonal? If not you'll never print a round circle or a square square.
My cube are not orthogonal ><
Probably the problem is a mechanical failure of the X axis..it require too much force and is a little hard in movements.
I have enhanced the error by removing one of the four bearings on the X guideline.

Hi everyone,
I have this issue during circle's printing. (See attachment)
Circle is deformed in a un-axial directions, when x axis change direction.
I am using a 0.9 nema 17 with 1/16 DRV8825 stepper and 20t pulley, with a result of 160 steps per unit.
Using (for X and Y) 160 and 160 spu, a small cube (20x20) result very precise in Y (20,00mm) but X goes wrong (19,6mm)..
So I thinked that my

Hi everyone,
I'm running a 300x300 printer with RepetierHost 1.0.6, Marlin and Megatronics v3.
Cause the big size of the bed I'm sending a G29 code before every print, using the Grid option with 4 (16) probe points
The problem occurs when I press "Pause" for change the filament, when I restart the print the bed auto leveling doesn't work, so I spoiled every print.
