I print with a Prusa i3. I find the best temperature for my PLA is 210C with a bed temperature of 60C. I use blue tape on aluminum. If I let the piece cool on the bed, I have trouble getting it off the tape. I found wiping the tape with 90% rubbing alcohol improves sticking. I use ZenToolWorks.com filament. The bad print might be caused by loose connections or a power glitch. Might put yo

Try lowering your Speed for non-print moves in the "Print Settings" tab. It adds time to your print, but if it makes good parts. . . .

Check you Y axis. It should travel freely. I had a similar problem when I had a plastic Y axis cradle. I replaced it with an aluminum one and cured a lot of my problems. Your stepping motor is slipping. Since there is really no feedback to your controller, it continues the print with a new registration.

I had problems with my Prusa i3, too. It would loose registry on the Y axis. I solved it by replacing the plastic Y axis carriage plate. This smoothed our the stumbling Y axis. I had to make some spacers to lift the plate over the stepper motor end of the printer. Search Amazon for the plate.

I find if with PLA Prusa I3 if I use blue masking tape and clean it with rubbing alcohol before printing, I get better adhesion. I do extruder temparature of 210C and bed temparature of 60C. YMMV
