Attached is a picture of two cubes that I printed. I noticed since I put my printer into an enclosure it started to have odd cracks and misshapen layers. Anyone have any suggestions? I am using ABS plastic printing at 250 C with a bed temp of 90 C. I am printing on kapton tape and hairspray. The enclosure gets to 50 C max during long prints.

I am working with an older printer and trying to upgrade it to marlin. It was running an older version of repetier. I have a ramps 1.3l and a reprap discount smart controller. I tried to enable through the firmware and the screen comes up with all black squares where there should be text.
All help appreciated.

Paper test

M501 to check if it saved.
Change Slicer ZOffSet to match the variable.
The printer will do the auto leveling but i

Picture 1: uneven spacing between the fill lines indicates a mechanical problem. One axis is not behaving properly. Reslice and set the infill angle to 0 degrees instead of 45 degrees. When you print you will see which axis has the problem. An error this large should be pretty easy to spot anyway...
Pictures 2 and 3: you probably don't have the Z axis calibrated and

Have you done any calibration to the extruder yet?
Thats STEP ONE!
As far as the extruder steps per mm yes I have done that. I told the printer to extrude 100 mm and figured out the error and updated the firmware.
