ok changed the wiring connector. how do i clear the min temp error on lcd screen? i got both on but neither are working

im getting .540- .550 ac from computer board and i got 3.** ohms across the heating block. I dont see a pin unless your talking about the alan key screw that is attached to the heating block?

on the printer lcd its says its ready to print but the extruder wont heat up. now its reading min temp

hotend came assembled already, yes. heating element isnt hot so i would guess no. and max temp i came in @200 i have it @ 210 and its says 24deg.

i would assume 12v but i dont know my boss threw this printer at me and told me to build this thing and get it working so thats what im doing lol.

I have a prusa I3 x 3d printer running repetier - host geeetech v0.90d and i can't get the extruder heater above 36 degrees c. even when i go to manual controls and turn the setting up it will not rise.
