After I updated the firmware to 060 to avoid problems with the USB connection with pronterface (that works) I have a strange behaviour. To align the z-axis I take 1 point at a bearing an do a G92 Z0. I move Z up 1 mm and move XY axis to another place. When I down Z with just -0.1. There is no real Z axis move down. The stepper just clicks no real rotation of the wheels. The next -0.1 does move thby gampie - Ormerod
I have a constant light, did not change it. Searched again the forum and saw something about the home instruction in setbed.g. I don't think the hot end is sagging. Every time I run setbed.g the situation gets worse. I starts with about 0.6mm and errors become greater higher every time it runs. Can the M556 be repeated or does it correct on new bed compensation values? Is automatic bed compensatiby gampie - Ormerod

I have exact the same issues using the web interface. It is resetting, waiting, try to log in, after several tries you might be lucky to log in. One of the selling points of the ormerod is the fact that it has a web interface. Well, there is a lot of development to do. Why should a printer connect to the internet at startup if it runs its own webserver? Is someone checking the use of the printer?by gampie - Ormerod
Thnxs, this works fine. Thanks for the picture. I had 1 jumper left. The other one is on the other ATX power board. It would be nice if this instruction was added in the build documentation at this point. A board layout with explanation of all the pins would also be preferable. I have build no 460. Just build it en started testing. I have the network problem. My network connection works, but only if powered by the micro USB (my laptop). I searched this forum and found out that there is a solution, Something about wiring from the 12V supply. I cannot find a good guide with pictures like the build guide that help me tot to solve this issue. I don't want to solder anythinby gampie - Ormerod
