Wow great feedback! Thanks a lot!by affa - Reprappers
I think it looks like under extrusion, on this page: Will try to increase extrusion multiplier in slicr or do some cold pulls.by affa - Reprappers
I have a flsun prusa i3 with a cheap e3dv6 hotend. I changed hotend because the old one leaked and got really messed up (this has happened 4 times). The new hotend seems to be clogged or could it be that the cooling of the hotend is bad, the extruder or something. I also bought a new ptfe tube and a connector for the extruder because the old one had a loose connection. The image shows some messby affa - Reprappers
Found this answer in the comments field on thingiverse: Oops, I misunderstood your comment. I think the extrusion rates of filament on your 3dprinter is little big. So the extruded filament from a nozzle is more fat than the nozzle diameter. As a result, the bolt is slightly too large and the hole of nut is slightly too small. Please check and calibrate about your 3dprinter, one is a feedrate ofby affa - Reprappers
It was this knurling bolt and nut from thingiverse: I tried with another smaller m3 bolt and nut and got the same result.by affa - Reprappers
Hi! I am really happy with my flsun prusa i3 now, except that it is not 100% accurate when printing things that should fit together like a threaded bolt and a nut, they look really nice but just dont fit together. How do I tune this? My radial fan sounds really bad to. Have ordered a new one, it sounds like it is screaming or something. I am thinking of taking it apart and clean it...by affa - Reprappers
I switched to another psu and disabled the duct fan and now the temperature is stable. Going to test new cables and use kapton tape on the heater block. Thanks for all the replies.by affa - Reprappers
Thank you so much! I Will try that.by affa - Reprappers
Hi thanks for the reply. The thermistor was loose. Used some thermo paste to glue it in place. Managed to print some objects with the hotend fan turned off, but the temperature is fluctuating 10 degrees. After it heats up to 215 it drops to 205 and the hotend cloggs up.by affa - Reprappers
I had wired the new hotend to the fan pins instead of the ex0 pins. Got support from flsun. They asked me to send an image of the board. But the extruder stops at 75 degrees when heating up. Will look in the forum for similar problems.by affa - Reprappers
I had help from a friend when retightening my belts, I think it is hard to do it by yourself. Srek your solution looks really great! how does it work?by affa - Reprappers
Hi! I have a flsun prusa i3 with ramps 1.4 plus board. It has worked great, but now the hotend does not heat up from pronterface/repetier anymore. The hotend does heat up if I choose preheat pla in the lcd menu. I have no sd card reader. I have ordered a new board, because I guess it is broken, anyone who knows how to fix it?by affa - Reprappers
Hi! I bought an old reprap pro mono mendel with melzi board and a broken hotend, so I bought a e3d v6 clone from aliexpress: I soldered it on the same wires that the old hotend used, but now only the fan works. The hotend does not get hot and the temperature reading in pronterface does not work. I tried to change the firmware with marlin, but I am unsure of which version of Marlin I should useby affa - Reprappers
