I do that each time. Initialise eeprom to ensure there's nothing wierd in the eeprom from previous firmware.by pinkbits - Firmware - Marlin
Flashed with "#define Z_CLEARANCE_DEPLOY_PROBE 0 // Z Clearance for Deploy/Stow" and it's still raising the Z axis after homing. Anymore ideas?by pinkbits - Firmware - Marlin
Ha, I'd played with it just before posting, but haven't had time to flash it to test. Figured I'd ask anyway. I'll flash it tomorrow probably and report back. Thanks for the input.by pinkbits - Firmware - Marlin
Installed an inductive sensor, but now when homing it raises the Z after triggering the sensor instead of the normal homing operation where it stays at the trigger point. I've attached my config.h, anyone know what setting I need to change to stop it lifting? I can't tram the bed properly until I can home it at the bed.by pinkbits - Firmware - Marlin
So can anyone provide input into whether this is possible or not? or is there somewhere that actually gets responses that I should be posting to?by pinkbits - Let's design something! (I've got an idea ...)
The other thing I've been thinking about doing is using the reprap to manufacture plugs. It's quite often that myself, friends, even my mechanic have plugs that they need replacing on vehicles. These plugs are usually very proprietary, and acquiring replacements very hard. Still waiting for input on whether the uses I've mentioned so far would be suitable for the reprapby pinkbits - Let's design something! (I've got an idea ...)
I'm currently restoring a 1976 F250. Trying to find parts is a pain in the behind. For example, I can't purchase new/aftermarket the drive for the end of the speedometer cable. I'd like to know if constructing something like this using a Reprap is possible. I can provide pictures if required. (I'll just have to pull the buggered one out of the ute). Also as a side note, has anyone tried usiby pinkbits - Let's design something! (I've got an idea ...)
