I too have had a similar problem. I upped the temps and pushed really hard at one point. Now I'm printing at 230 and the flow is better. Still I have random jams which require a little manual push to get started again. Really annoying to have my hours long print ruined by a stupid jam. I haven't a clue what the problem is but am considering taking apart my J-Head. I would appreciate knowingby eatkabab - Plastic Extruder Working Group

So I'll add to this: - "Natrual" color ABS from the eBay seller in the Czech Republic - Potentially contaminated filament which may or may not be usable. Contaminants like literally grains of fabric or sock fabric pills. - Sampling filament revieals consistant diameter of 2.6mm - 2.8mm - Extrusion temp: 228 - 235deg (232 for good lamination) - Odor: low - Flexibility: Excellent - Strength: Excby eatkabab - Plastic Extruder Working Group
Been printing for maybe 50hrs so far. I first started with some PLA samples which went really REALLY well, but have since moved to ABS (which has proved a major pain). Extruded with ABS for maybe 30min before printing anything... - "Natrual" color ABS from the eBay seller in the Czech Republic - Sampling filament revieals consistant diameter of 2.6mm - 2.8mm - Extrusion temp 230deg - J-End .4mby eatkabab - Printing
