Extruder Motor Wiring:

Mount on the frame:
Step 42: Hotends
Hotend tested:
- THead: [THead hotend]
- JHead: Jhead hotend
NTC CABLE LENGTH: 1m
Use a 40W 24V ceramic heater cartridge and EPCOS 100K NTC:
Put some thermal conductive paste: (we used a Boron Nitride heat sink grease CW7250)
Assemble cables with hotend, fix it with good nylon strip or any high temp resistant lock:
Put some high temperature silicon: (ex: we used a ACC Silcoset 158)
Cable wiring scheme:

assemble hotends into head and gently tighten the grub screws:
Please remember that multiple hotends should have the same height from the printbed!
Step 43: Extruder bowden
PTFE bowden tube is 3.18mm inner diameter, 6mm outer diameter and total length of one bowden tube is 600mm
