Proteinas
En el ámbito de las impresoras auto-replicantes (repraps) se denominan proteínas a todas aquellas partes IMPRIMIBLES.
Todas las piezas se han diseñado con OpenScad, son piezas reutilizadas de la prusa 2 y de la prusa 3 box. Las fuentes están disponibles en el repositorio de Josef Prusa.

Puesto que prácticamente toda la estructura es de acero, solo serán necesarias las siguientes piezas imprimibles:
Piezas para los carros
Soportes de final de carrera.
Esta pieza permite la fijación de los sensores de final de carrera a marco. Necesitaras 3 para luna configuración básica y seis si quieren tener sensores de final de carrera en ambos extremos de cada eje.
Existen diferentes alternativas compatibles con la P3Steel. A continuación listamos algunos.

X-Axis motor end
En esta pieza se monta el motor del eje X, sujeta las varillas lisas de ese eje y lleva dos rodamientos lineales y la tuerca que transmite el movimiento al lado izquierdo del eje Z.
Diferentes X motor ends son compatibles con la P3Steel. A continuación listamos algunos.

X-Axis idler end
This part holds the X-Axis idler, fastens the Smooth rods of the X-Axis, holds two LM8UU bearings for the right Z-Axis smooth rod and the nut for the right Z-Axis threaded bar.
Different X-Axis idler ends can be fitted to the P3Steel printer. Here we list some options.

X-Axis carriage
The moving part of the X-Axis, I'ts binded to the X-motor by a timing belt and slides from left to right carrying the extruder and hot end.
Different X-Axis carriages can be fitted to the P3Steel printer. Here we list some options.

Y-Axis belt holder
This part goes attached to the bottom of the Y-Axis carriage, I'ts bonded to the Y-motor by a timing belt allowing the Y-Axis carriage to slide front to back carrying the build platform (heated bed).
The design of the P3Steel printer includes an steel part to serve as Y-Axis belt holder but plastic belt holders can be fitted too.

Extruder
Different extruders can be fitted to the P3Steel printer. Some fit straight and some need especial X-Carriages or adaptation. The chosen extruder will require specific Vitamins so you should have clear what hot end will be used, then choose the correct extruder variant and then its vitamins (motors, bearings, hobbed bolt/pulley,etc)
