SKEINFORGE SETTINGS NOT EXTRUDING

Hi i finally got my mendel up and running hardware wise but now I am having some isues with generating usable g code. Repsnapper just plain refuses and skeinforge generated a usable tool path but seems to forget to tell it to extrude.
When I put my stl files into 3dtoolchain it works fine unfortunately I don't have an internet connection at home so every time I need to do a print or tweak a parameter I have to go to work or to a friends and generate my new gcode any idea what setting might be causing this.

btw I am running the techzone monolithic electronics with whatever firmware they came with if that makes any difference

Check your gcode file, if it has lines that include Exxx.xx etc, then Skeinforge is generating the movements, but your hardware is not processing them.

If the E codes are missing, or zero, then check that you have Dimension activated in Skeinforge.
