I thought I followed all of the directions for properly installing Java and the RepRap interface... and I am getting this message....

I even created an Environment Variable called "PATH"

Any ideas? Can anyone tell what's up just by looking at this error I am getting?

Is this the "RepRap" slicing/host software you are talking about?

If it is I would recommend not using it and using Marlin firmware with Slic3r and Pronterface.

Yeah, I was trying to do it with the RepRap slice/host software....

I found Slic3r and Marlin... where do I get pronterface? I dont understand [github.com] is it the pronterface.py file? How do I save it and how do I do anything with a .py file?

I am assuming you are on windows so here is a link to the precompiled version of pronterface for windows. [koti.kapsi.fi] which already has slic3r integrated into it.
