Hi there.
After long proccess of building my repstrap, I started to print!
My setup is: Repstrap + arduino mega + custom shield.
software: skeinforge and for printing - repsnapper.
Extruder: extruding ABS (3 mm diameter) through 0.5 mm nozzle.
My setting in skeinforge (main ones..) - for speed - Feed rate of 30 mm and flow rate of 16 mm.
I am trying to improve my print quality as much as I can. so - you are welcome to make suggestions

looks like you have a fully equiped workshop there
If I am not mistaken you are taking a novel approach to the extruder problem in that you don't have a 'cold' zone which is typically provided by PEEK. Is that correct?
Do you get much ooze while running the print or is the ooze at the entrance just when starting/stopping?
