Not printing very well... please help spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

Hello,

I have a longboat prusa. When i get it to print, the printer head knocks the first layer either on the second or still on the first and pushes it. So i cant print at the moment because of this. are there any tips anyone could give. i am using slic3r - are there any settings i could tweak?

Thanks

simon

First thing is to level your bed. If the bed surface is not absolutely flat, or close to it, you will need to use rafting on your prints.

Second thing is that you need to calibrate X, Y, and Z so that when you command an axis to move 100mm it moves exactly 100mm +/- 0.2mm

Third is to calibrate your extruder. Search for extrusion calculator.
