i designed a new extruder and tested it and its works great .

easy to assemble , very easy tuning .not skipping and have a exellent grip .

what do you guys think ???

sorry for my english .


with the big one you would have to deal with big sprinters that was too strong for direct drive without gearbox

so i make it smaller then the original with smaller sprinters 25mm by 5 dia. and m3 screws 40 mm long .

with this design you can attched the fan exactly like mk 7 .

motor , alum , plastic parts and fan are all toghter 75 mm long

because the sprinter gives a strong pull but not too much to couse skips there no needs for fine tuning and good extruding , just screw the m3 all the way in and your are set .
