need to clean out a melted j-head (long story blown temp sensor which led to overheat)

i know brass will be okay in acetone

will peek ?

Yes PEEK and PTFE are fine in acetone.

how long are you talking to be clean ? couple of days soak time?

Yes if you just soak it but I agitate it and it can be just hours.
