new user registration problem

My son Mark is building a reprap, and wanted to participate in these forums. So he tried to sign up yesterday but has not received the confirmation email. Who do I need to talk to in order to sort this out?

Check the spam bucket. Sometimes spam filters have false positives.

no, nothing arrived at all, BT (for it was a btconnect.com id) does filter out some things it thinks are spam and throws them away, but I have not had problems with registrations before.

He is trying a different ID for now (same domain as my registration) that is not on BT to see if that is the problem.

well that turned out to be the problem. Obviously BT does not like RepRap.
