just a thought

As have worked in many food factorys and they used a pellet for glue which would be heated to a form a semi liquid glue, which would be use stick the boxes together. As you know the thickness of the glue that sets can be thick. Is there any plastics that can go to a state of syrupy constancy or if there was everyone would be using it

I can think of two right away: ABS and PLA! So you are right, everyone is using these plastics. Getting the plastics to a "syrup" consistency is just a matter of heating them up enough.
