Which controller board to buy for a Kossel ?

I have decided to build a Kossel,
which board do you think would be suited ?

Also, it's not clear to me how do you program the board with the specific dimensions/calibration
of your printer ?

Any current reprap electronics can run a Rostock. You will need to install a firmware suitable for rostock, I know theres one based on Marlin, there may be others. The firmware configuration will cover all the dimensions and calibration.

And Repetier Development Release is another compatible delta firmware. (Several people now prefer Repetier to Marlin for Delta bots.)
