Need a 4x4 or 4x6 inch heater? Where to get?

I already have a 4x6 inch 1/4 inch thick aluminum plate, so I could glue resistors to it. But is there a place I can buy a small heated board in the size range of 4x4 to 4x6 inches?

You can get a silicone heater from McMaster (search item # 35765K381), but it is 120V rather than 12V. You could switch it with a relay.

The only PCB heated bed I know of that is that small is the one used in MakerBot's Cupcake and Thingomatic. See [www.thingiverse.com] . However, MakerBot doesn't appear to sell it anymore.
