Does anyone reckon these lightguides here would actually work when printed in resin?

I asked a question about doing exactly this in clear PLA on my Mendel90 a while back, but apparently the bubbles would prevent it working.

I think they will work to some extent, i.e. some light will be transmitted, but probably not as good as cast light guides. Same with printed PLA, some light will get through despite voids.

It needs to be in one piece to work optimal. So indeed like nophead says, casted would be better.
