Hey guys.
Need some help. I have assembled and am trying to calibrate my tricolor mendel with one extruder. I am having a few problems.
I have attached a picture of what the print is like now.

so you mean the X axis shifted to the left in 2nd layer?

Hi

It looks like your motors are skipping (or the pulley is jumping the belt - the belt needs to have some tension in it) in the X axis. Also, the first layer is printing a bit high, by the look of the infill. I see you have mounted the other hot ends - are you sure they are not too low and catching on the print?

Is there a reason that you have mounted the nozzles with cable ties?! That isn't in the instructions!

Hi. Solved the problem by tensioning the belts. Thanks for the advice.

The cable ties are actually just to keep the extruders tight around the carriage. they seemed a lil bit lose and were sagging. The extruders are still mounted with screws as per the instructions.

Yeah I adjusted the Z-endstop a bit and have managed to get a few prints now. There was a problem with a wobble towards the left side. I'm gonna try to tension the x-axis a bit more and hopefully that solves it.
