Having some calibration issues any pointers?

Hi,

I am having some calibration issues, I would appreciate it if someone could have a look at some of the prints and hopefully point out where I am going wrong.

Most of the issues seem to be relating to bridging on the top layers not quite making it to where it should. The gear seems to be completely out of whack. All the attached parts were printed together.

First it looks like you're extruding too much plastic. Have you calibrated you E steps/mm? If not, check out richrap's site

That last photo looks like you might have lost a step on whichever axis that is (X or Y), both on the first layer and on the last (or close to those layers. In my experience, you can hear a step loss - there is a banging sound. Did you notice this?
