Made on a Printrbot Simple from SuperTrim(TM) brand 1.7mm trimmer line:

Material is $16.86 per KG delivered. Bolt used $1.34 in plastic. 5% honeycomb infill. Print times at 30/45mm/sec:

4:11:55 for the nut. 5:02:26 for the bolt.

Strong as a mofo. Not good for any part with lots of stops/starts or retraction, but good for stuff like this that is continuous.

Printed onto 65% Polyester / 35% cotton RipStop fabric 3M Hi-Strength-90 spray-glued to glass. No heat. I tried no brim and it peeled up. Then I used a 3mm brim (largest that would fit my table), and it minimized warp, but there was some curl on part of the brim. Heated table would be good, but I don't have one. Warp was worse when I used a fan. Fan is not recommended.

nice find! This will be great for making full size helmets and such, with a heated build chamber it probably wont even warp at all!
