How New Filament Development

I develop a new filament, which has metal powder inside.
But the surface is a little rough. See this photo:

Does anyone have good suggestion?

Hi, does the metal powder have a specific function, other than block the nozzle?

is the surface a problem?

you could run the filament between two grooved berings [www.youtube.com]

its hard to tell from the pic, it looks very pixelated to me. or its amazingly rough.

I assume this is a MIM type material.....If so, i would like to try it out.
