I have another big problem, I'm trying to print Octopus, I just added retraction (lift 1mm) but it seems that something is going wrong, printing head is bypassing Z end point (it stops on glass and on button) which causing of course problems with printing (nozzle is on glass)...

I don't know why printer is bypassing it's end stop if that point should be full stop on axis without any exceptions... Am I doing something wrong or maybe something is wrong with printer ? I'm using Prusa i3.

I thought that this option is coded on Arduino with IF statement so if it will hit any end stop then stop moving but seems that this is not the case...

Any other good firmware could you propose ?? (with supporting end stops as there is no reason for me to write new code if I think it's already written)...
