Problem with driving step motors

Hi All.

I just tryed to change the filament and for some reason the extruder steper motor has stoped (is moving a little ), i cheked the step motor by plugin it to Y-AXIS connector and is working fine. I also swap pololu drivers and is still not turning ( i can hear moving noise from motor and is moving very very slow).

Any idea??

did you changer any software settings?
do you have a firmware you can reload?

is it possible the hobbled bolt is loose?

is it possible the small extrude motor gear has worked itself loose?
