Bowden extruder weight

Hello pals

I'm making some calculations and need the weight of a bowden extruder (only the "transported" parts). I know there are several, so if anyone could provide how much weight their own (model and weight) it could be of great help.

Also, any suggestion may help, I just need a weight to calculate correctly. What do you say, 200gr? 300gr?

On carriage weight of an E3D (all metal, with 30mm fan) is about 85g.
A J-head is less than 50g.

both without mounting plate, but even a metal one will be 20 or so.
