Repetier & Pronterface do not want to work !

Hello,
First of all, here is my basic config :

RepRapPro Mendel
- Arduino 2560
- Ramps 1.4 (Sainsmart)
- Firmware : Sprinter

Manual movements and min end-stops (on Pronterface) work perfectly ! (XY: 100 mm/min Z: 10mm/min)

- But, if I run a printing with a G-code, the console lists the reals temperatures.
Example :
T:0 B:0
T:0 B:0
T:0 B:0
T:0 B:0
T:0 B:0
etc...
- And, if I start printing with a STL file, motors make noise and do not move (surely speed too fast).
Else, the STL file is positioned outside of my print area (center of default Proterface print area. And I set up my print area values in Pronterface and G-Code settings ).

On Repetier Host, nothing moves and motors remain silent (Manual and printing) !

Had something similar. Can not remember solution, but trying different slicer should fix it. Try cura, slic3r or kisslicer.
