Ultimate Guide to 3D Printing 2014?

I saw [www.makershed.com] from Makeshed, seems to be really helpful for anyone looking for a 3d printer. Unfortunately it costs $9.99, and I'm wondering if anyone has a copy or has read it to share some of the knowledge.

There are so many RepRap inspired companies out there and it will be great if the community and do a similar review once in a while.

I picked up a copy, but have not really dug into it yet. Seemed like a good review of the well known models. Picked mine up at Radio Shack if any one is looking.
