I would take your prints run them through a granulator then use a 20% regrind to 80% virgin material and use this mix in a filastruder.

Will you be freezing the prints prior to shredding in order to avoid chemical decomposition?

Please elaborate, first I've heard of it. How does freezing avert that?

If you have an industrial granulator you don't need to freeze the plastic before granulation however if you are using a blender you would need to freeze the plastic.

It is possible to use a kitchen blender if it has a glass bucket. You can melt you plastic on a baking tray to get it into a thin sheet.

But a more solid granulator would be easier. What kind do you have`?
