Delta Movement Issues

Hey,

I am currently building my own Delta 3D Printer.

However, I am trying to get all the homing and movement features working.

It homes correctly to 0X,0Y,250Z

The issues arise when I try and move the printer AFTER homing!

When I try and lower the print head from 250 (Max Z pos)

In Repetier (say I want to move 10mm down) the 240 goes RED. Thus meaning it has gone 'out of range'.

Any help?

PS: I am using [github.com] 's version of Marlin as all the others give me errors when compiling.

Your limits probably aren't set right in firmware. Try adjusting things until it works.

Either settings are incorrect in firmware or settings need to be double checked In repetier host. Look for homing to be at max and print height to be the length of travel.

Did you set repetier host to be a delta printer in print settings. Does it know you home to max?

In firmware disable max software limits and make sure min limits in software are enabled. Make sure firmware has correct height of machine as we'll
