We bought a BFP 3000 Plus maybe 3 to 4 years ago at its been working fine. It's running firmware version 4.2.1d.
Last week when we switched it on, the bed came up to meet the nozzles as normal but wouldn't stop. We reset the bed height and it worked fine. Since then we've had to go through this procedure everyday, with the problem getting progressively worse, i.e. each day we've had to reset the bed height more and more times. This morning its happened again but the keyboard no longer responds and we can't reset the bed height. The bed just wants to keep rising without realising it can't go any higher.
Has anyone got any suggestions?
