NO Extrusion Prusa i2

Hi,
I am using Spirinter, Skeinforge and Pronterface for my Prusa i2. I am able to extrude when I manually press the buttons on Pronterface but however when I try to print everything works except for the extruder. I am a newbie to all this and will appreciate any help. The Firmware I am using are as follows:
Sprinter: Sprinter Link
Skeinforge:Skeinforge
Printrun/pronterface: Printrun

Enabling dimensions seems to make the extrusion work. I am using pronterface and I can only print using Gcode from skeinforge. If I use G code from slicr or Repetier nothing happens. Any suggestions on why this might be?

The dimensions on slicer3r was set when I first started the software. I used the wizzard to set them in as it was much eaiser and didn't know what all i needed. like avas014 i know the trouble is slicer now but need to know how to bring back my extruder control? I tried to delete the slicer and re-install but it remembered the old settings and i don't think anything changed? There must be an answer to this bug?
