The semaphore timeout period has expired

I'm using windows 10. I connected my printer, with ramps 1.4 and ATmega 2560 R3, to my computer. When I print small stuff, I can print all day with no problem. When I print an item that takes a long time to print the printer stops and I get the message 'The semaphore timeout period has expired'. Anyone knows how to avoid the problem?

Has there been a solution for the error message 'error 0x80070079 the semaphore timeout period has expired'? I keep getting this error when transfering large folders to my external drive.

No, unfortunately not. I just don't use the computer to print on my Prusa. I use the sd card.
