DEBUG: Attempting to initialize Arduino/Sanguino

So, im getting some random error when I try to debug.
DEBUG: Attempting to initialize Arduino/Sanguino [0.590s/375ms]

I'm on win7 32bit.
Ive installed java 5. set the path var.

I assume, i've installed arduino.
I dropped arduino into C:\Program Files\arduino-0018
Users have full permissions to folder
I've done the copying and pasting of sanguino into the proper folders.

C:\Program Files\Reprap has the permissions set for full control for all the users.

Port(name) on COM8

Any input would be great. Attached a picture of command line

Have you uploaded the correct firmware to the board using the arduino software?

The reprap software is only there to control the board once programmed, and would not need the sanguino stuff you have been putting into directories

Cheers

David

I thought the motherboard was programmed already. I will double check! Thank you
