Trying to calibrate extruder and am confused on some info I have

I am trying to follow this video on calibrating extruder and he mentions to set the extruder similar to speed it does when printing. He said for 1.75mm filament set it to 1.5-3mm/s. I am trying to find where to set that in Repetier Host using Cura. I cant find anywhere I would set a speed at 1.5-3mm/s?? [youtu.be]

Follow the estep calibration procedures on [reprap.org]. It probably takes one to two hours.

I use Pronterface and it has manual filament feed function which I did use to do the estep calibration of extruder.
The filament feeding speed is automatically calculated by Slicer program when you generate Gcode file.

It sounds like you're talking about Thomas Sanlander's video. Those are my go-to videos! He also shows the gcode for extruding at a specific speed, if your host doesn't have that feature. That's in mm/minute, so you have to convert from seconds.
