Fishing line as filament?

This seems way too obvious to have not been discussed. Is there something in particular which makes fishing line an inappropriate material for use in a pinch roller extruder?

... we had this sometimes - flaws are the poor stiffness and the thin diameter, so you have to feed with the same speed as you print, what's really hard to realize ...
