Does anyone have a stl of a bodwen release clip.

Not the one that keeps the push fitting up.
But the one that you push down to release the tube.

The black part in this picture

maybe you haven’t noticed but on each of the 4 jaws (for lack of a better term) are metal teeth!!

These are required to bite in to the ptfe tubing.

Ie you can't just print them
(unless you manage to harvest the teeth from the dead one)

Try your local hardware or plumbing store. These aren't unique to RepRap printers.

Let me know if you find them. I have looked all over ( web and locally) and I can not find. They are cheap enough from e3d, if you need a replacement.however I would like to find in bulk.
