Conductive thread for traces

I know a lot of different ideas have come about for eventually being able to print circuits with the RepRap but I wasn't sure if anyone had put forth this idea yet.

This is a conductive thread. Obviously not as good as wire, but it looks like this kind of thing might be easier to lay down (perhaps covered in a molten plastic -- not sure of the thermal properties).

Just an idea and wanted to see what others might think.

Looks very exciting, despite the fact I don't know how to use it in RepRap - any system which can put the thread can put thin wire, I think.

What's with 3D-fabric?

Far too high a resistance for most circuits. It is 82R / ft compared with 0.077R / ft for 28 AWG copper wire, which is 0.32mm dia. I.e. ~ 1000 times less conductive than a fine wire.
