I have 4 identical COREXY machines that all have the BTT Octopus v1.1 board with TMC2209 drivers. The drivers have heatsinks and fans to keep them cool. I also only run the XY drivers at 1000mA to keep the steppers cooler.
The sensorless homing with one of my machines is suddenly triggering way too soon. It doesn't seem to happen when I first turn the machine on to test it out, but if I cancel or finish a print it triggers to soon and hangs over the print.
I went into marlin to change the sensitivity from 120 to down to what it is now, that being 105. It's still doing it. when it does trigger properly, I noticed that with the sensitivity set to 105 that the machine is starting to tug on the belts, so I dont want to go any lower.
Any ideas? What is a common sensitivity that everything else uses? I hope i'm not going to regret not using switches.
