Noise suppressor board

I'm looking forward to being able to complete a step without having to ask a question - wonder when(/if) that will be?

The screw terminal on the noise suppressor board has 2 legs to solder, but also it contacts 2 other pads on the board - are these supposed to be soldered as well, or can I just solder the leads?

Hazel.

I don't think you have to. It's just a spare holes that in case someone wants to use a jumper instead of screw terminal.

It doesn't hurt if have them accidentally soldered, no worry.

Thanks, I shall just do the legs, then.
Also, how on earth do you get the motor tabs soldered? Are they supposed to be right up against one edge of their holes?

I don't have a GM3 nor that suppression board...from the photo in the Wiki, I think it will be just exactly what it says - melt a whole lot of solder into the hole will do the job.

Lining it up to the edge might it works easier, but be sure not the break the tabs by bending too much smiling smiley
